Description
The new grill plate from LANDMANN made of cast iron is a turning plate and thus a real all-rounder:
The flat side is ideal for frying and baking small grilled food, which would otherwise fall through the grate (e.B. seafood or fried egg).
The fluted side, on the other hand, is perfect for meat, e.B. for the preparation of steaks. Thanks to the corrugation, your grilled food receives the typical grill branding.
The grill plate is made of durable enamelled cast iron and therefore stores the heat optimally and is particularly convenient to clean. The grill area is ø 30.5 cm.
The grill plate fits into the flexible Modulus grill grate system from LANDMANN.
